O eleitorado corresponde à região de West Midlands da Inglaterra , que compreende os condados cerimoniais de Herefordshire , Shropshire , Staffordshire , Warwickshire , West Midlands e Worcestershire .
História
Foi formado como resultado da Lei das Eleições Parlamentares Europeias de 1999 , substituindo vários círculos eleitorais de um único membro. Estes foram Birmingham East , Birmingham West , Coventry e North Warwickshire , Herefordshire e Shropshire , Worcestershire e South Warwickshire , faz parte do Peak District , Staffordshire East e Derby , é Staffordshire West e Congleton .
