O ECAC Hockey é um grupo de doze universidades, gestor de competições de hóquei no gelo masculino e feminino no leste dos Estados Unidos . Ela é uma das seis conferências alinhadas na Divisão 1 da NCAA .

Fundada em 1962 , a conferência foi afiliada à Eastern College Athletic Conference, que reúne mais de 300 faculdades e universidades no leste dos Estados Unidos. Esta associação terminou em 2004 e a conferência mudou seu nome para ECAC Hockey League . Em 2007 , ela abandonou a palavra League de seu nome .
