Tomáš Slavík (nascido em29 de abril de 1981em Jilemnice ) é um piloto combinado nórdico checo .
Carreira
Sua primeira participação na Copa do Mundo da disciplina aconteceu em14 de fevereiro de 2004em Oberstdorf , e seu melhor resultado foi um terceiro lugar, obtido em19 de fevereiro de 2012em Klingenthal .
Em 2004, ele terminou em segundo lugar em um evento da Copa do Mundo B na disciplina. Desde então, ele subiu ao pódio duas vezes em um evento da Copa Continental e ganhou um título na Universiade em Pragelato ( Itália ) em 2007.
Ele se aposentou em 2015 após uma lesão crônica no joelho.
